Pathway Systems Studio is an independent research and strategy practice founded by Ryan M. Moyer. We produce the kind of rigorous, decision-ready work that moves organizations forward — whether that means influencing legislation, securing funding, designing products, or rethinking systems from the ground up.
We operate at the intersection of evidence and action. Our work spans health systems, public policy, organizational strategy, and creative infrastructure — united by a single through-line: taking hard problems seriously and producing work that actually changes things.
Ryan brings a decade of senior-level experience across Indigenous health governance, public health systems, legislative analysis, and independent research. He has secured $1.5M+ in competitive funding, contributed analysis to legislation that received Royal Assent, and published independent research that has generated direct engagement from senior researchers and government officials across Canada.
We work with a small number of clients and partners at a time — consulting firms, foundations, health-tech organizations, and think tanks that need rigorous research and strategy capacity they can trust.
