Researcher, strategist, and systems thinker.
I'm a researcher and strategist with nine years of experience working across government, healthcare, and Indigenous governance — from the Yukon to the BC coast.
I work at the intersection of evidence and action. My work asks a simple question: how do we turn what we know into what we do? The answer is almost never just more research — it's better translation, deeper listening, and sharper strategy.
I'm currently taking on a small number of new engagements. If you're building something that matters, I'd like to hear about it.

Approach
Every complex problem has a simple story underneath it. I find that story — and then I help organizations tell it in a way that drives real change.
Start a conversation →I take on a small number of projects at a time. If you're working on something that matters — reach out. No pitch needed, just a conversation.
