Pathway Systems is led by Ryan, a systems thinker and researcher with experience working inside publicly funded health, education and social systems. His work sits at the intersection of evidence, strategy, and execution; helping organizations make sound decisions in complex, high-stakes environments.
Ryan left a senior public-sector role to pursue a full-time PhD focused on systems, evidence integrity and real-world decision-making, and later created Pathway Systems to ensure real-world impact.
